Your Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Brazil and manage a portfolio of approximately 100 elite accounts across LATAM. In this role, you’ll ensure our customers get the most value and highest ROI from their subscriptions, focusing on driving renewals and building long-term partnerships.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll:
- Drive engagement and renewals. You’ll analyze customer metrics in Salesforce to identify growth opportunities, conduct business reviews, and negotiate renewals to hit aggressive retention and expansion targets.
- Collaborate across the business. You’ll partner with Engineering, Hardware, and Support teams to resolve issues, while working with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to identify new revenue streams.
- Consult and educate. You’ll coordinate training with our specialists to increase product adoption and ensure our customers are using Hudl to its full potential.
- Manage your pipeline. You’ll maintain an accurate forecast in Salesforce, tracking your performance monthly and quarterly to ensure we meet our goals.
Location: We'd like to hire someone for this role who lives in Brazil, but we have a strong preference for candidates near São Paulo.
Must-Haves
- Trilingual. You're fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
- Experienced in sales and volume. You have a background in account and pipeline management and are comfortable handling a high volume of clients without losing attention to detail.
- A relationship builder. You’re a consultative partner who takes the time to understand customer goals and a self-starter who takes initiative to solve complex problems.
- Analytical and organized. You’re comfortable using data to drive decisions and can prioritize tasks across multiple software platforms to meet tight deadlines.
- An engaging communicator. You have excellent presentation skills and can deliver clear, direct and respectful feedback to both internal stakeholders and elite customers.
- Willing to travel. You’re happy to hit the road and visit our customers on-site, potentially as often as once a month.
Nice-to-Haves
- SaaS and tech-savvy. You have 3M+ experience in a client-facing role at a technology company and stay current on the latest customer success trends.
- Sports industry knowledge. You’re familiar with performance analysis workflows, particularly in soccer.
- Hudl product knowledge. You’ve used our products before or have a deep understanding of our ecosystem.
Our Role
- Champion work-life harmony. We’ll give you the flexibility you need in your work life (e.g., flexible vacation time above any required statutory leave, company-wide holidays and timeout (meeting-free) days, remote work options and more) so you can enjoy your personal life too.
- Guarantee autonomy. We have an open, honest culture and we trust our people from day one. Your team will support you, but you’ll own your work and have the agency to try new ideas.
- Encourage career growth. We’re lifelong learners who encourage professional development. We’ll give you tons of resources and opportunities to keep growing.
- Provide an environment to help you succeed. We've invested in our offices, designing incredible spaces with our employees in mind. But whether you’re at the office or working remotely, we’ll provide you the tech you need to do your best work.
- Support your wellbeing. Depending on location, we offer medical and retirement benefits for employees—but no matter where you’re located, we have resources like our Employee Assistance Program and employee resource groups to support your mental health.
