This role will assist in project management: gathering requirements, documenting processes, and coordinating with both stakeholders and developers in an Agile environment to help solve business problems and inefficiencies with technology. The role will also be responsible for IT onboarding and offboarding: creating and maintaining user accounts across downstream systems and identifying and resolving discrepancies.

The hourly rate for this position is $28.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT.
    • Support the PMO in planning, tracking, and coordinating initiatives across Business Systems.
    • Ensure clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and responsibilities across multiple stakeholders for projects.
    • Partner with technical teams to create quality documentation for new products including release notes and training material.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity of key IT systems and services, particularly as it pertains to the onboarding and offboarding of employee-related content.
    • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across downstream systems as part of employee onboarding and offboarding.
    • Assess existing employee onboarding/offboarding processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements and opportunities for automation.
    • Test internal and third-party software to identify defects and ensure high-quality deployments.
    • Help oversee IT administrative functions and vendor management.

CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Self-starter who has good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to break a complex process down into concrete steps.
    • Proven ability to prioritize work, effectively communicate risks, and meet deadlines.
    • Experience with Agile practices such as scrum or kanban.
    • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of employees.
    • Exposure to and comfort with third-party software and light application administration.
    • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with our small but fast-moving team both in-office and remotely.
    • Ability to commit to working 34 hours a week.
    • Hands-on coding experience using SQL/Python or tools such as Okta, Microsoft Active Directory and Entra is a plus.
